• How do I book?

• What if my flight is delayed?

  Yes, we track your flight in real time with flight-tracking apps — reasonable wait time after landing is already included in the transfer rate. No surprises.

• Is the price per person or per vehicle?

  Per vehicle, always. Three bands: 1–3, 4–6 and 6–8 passengers. Price agreed and confirmed before departure.

• Do you carry wheelchair passengers?

  Yes. The minivan is certified for transport of passengers with reduced mobility, with winch and Movia ramp on request. The driver is trained to assist with loading and unloading. Let us know when booking.

• Do you operate at night and on holidays?

  Yes — 24/7, holidays included. Same per-vehicle rate agreed in advance: WhatsApp us for a tailored quote.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept bank transfer, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash by prior agreement. Bank transfer is preferred for quotes; card payment is accepted as settlement before departure.

• Do you offer shore excursions for cruise passengers?

  Yes. For travellers arriving at the port of Cagliari on a cruise ship we organise private half-day or full-day shore excursions, with return to port guaranteed in time for re-boarding. Please book at least two days in advance.

• Do you run a taxi service for Monserrato Hospital (Policlinico) or the University Campus (Cittadella Universitaria)?

  Yes. We are based in Monserrato and run a per-vehicle taxi/NCC service to the University Hospital (Policlinico Universitario), the University Campus (Cittadella Universitaria), the AOU Monserrato and any healthcare or academic facility across the Cagliari metropolitan area. Available by prior booking for appointments, exams, lectures or academic events.

• Do you cover the wider Cagliari metropolitan area?

  Yes. We operate across the whole Cagliari metropolitan area: Monserrato, Selargius, Quartu Sant'Elena, Quartucciu, Cagliari city, Pirri, Elmas, Sestu, Assemini, Capoterra. Transfers to and from airport, port, hotels, hospitals and events.

• How much is a transfer from Cagliari Elmas to Forte Village, Chia or Villasimius?

  Per-vehicle rate (not per person), in three bands: 1–3, 4–6 and 6–8 passengers. Example Cagliari Elmas → Villasimius (about 60 km, 50 min): personalised quote within an hour via WhatsApp. Same logic for Chia (45 km) and Forte Village (40 km).

• Do you carry pets?

  Yes, dogs and cats travel in a carrier or with a safety harness. Please let us know when booking so we can organise the service in the safest, most comfortable way for the animal.
